I forgot my stylist's name, but she was an older slender woman with short hair at 10400 Baltimore, in Blaine. She was incredibly rude, and kept complaining about my hair, other customers, and how she would leave work almost crying if she worked 8 hours straight. She kept being rude despite treating with respect. Wish you had negative ratings.

My son had a haircut by Phuoc. Unfortunately, the experience was the worst he’d experienced in 17 years. He simply asked Phuoc to shorten the cut more than what he had originally done. Phuoc was beside himself upset that my son would even suggest him continuing the haircut. So much so, that he kept saying, out loud, for everyone to here, “another haircut, another haircut, another haircut…” getting louder each time. He continued the haircut, but got very sloppy to the point that he nicked my son’s ear with the scissors and scratched his neck with the razor. Its even more unfortunate that the manager was next to him hearing him carry on, but never said a thing.
