Was 30 minutes away so I thought it id check in online. It showed a 55 minute wait as I registered and went to check in I then showed a 0 minute wait and wouldn’t take my reservation. Drove 30 minutes to find out there was a 60 minute wait when I got there. Stylist said we don’t know how that system works do you want to proceed i said no and decided to write this review. Total failure of the check in process. I’ve had quality experiences here before. Next time I’ll call if I ever come black.
Our first time ever and our son was so impressed and happy I am over the moon. Whitney did a great job and it is the best and cutest cut I have ever seen on him. My son said he found the girl of his dreams! LOL
